Ben Wilde has been my physiotherapist/fitness trainer for over five years. During that time:
* he has successfully sorted out back problems caused by forty years' worth of long-distance running
* he successfully treated a skiing injury in which the cruciate ligament was severed, enabling me to function fully without surgery
* his inspiration and commitment has produced ever greater achievement on my part
