A friend suggested I go to Anna for help getting back to normal after child birth, I felt my muscles were weak and I was struggling to do things I would normally find no problem. Anna was excellent, she explained all that had happened to me very clearly in a way that I understood and far better than the health visitor or midwife had. She then started me on a programme of treatment to get back to normal and told me almost exactly how long it would take. I wasn't looking for an overnight miracle and knew it would take time but at last someone understood what I needed and was working with me to help me get back to normal. All is now sorted out and I feel great and I totally recommend Anna.
