I really enjoyed working with Elisa, she was kind, patient and understanding, all while offering reassuring advice in a professional manner. Elisa has been fantastic throughout my titration period, it took longer than expected due to medication shortages and some side effects. But Elisa never made me feel like I had to make a rushed decision regarding the correct dose, and I did go back and forth with doses, up and down, tweaking it until we found the "sweet spot" :) I felt like I was being a pain in the bum, but Elisa never made me feel like I was, it was her aim to work with me to find the suitable dose with minimal side effects! All in all, it's been a very positive experience, and I'm very appreciative of the help and advice I have received. Thanks again :)
