Elisa has been wonderful in my titration process. She was extremely responsive and kindly addressed all of the questions I had. I felt heard working with her to find the best medication plan despite the hiccups along the way. She put me at ease when I was worried about taking too long to find the right drug and dosage. Thank you so much for your help!
