Elisa was great at supporting me through the titration process. I had some specific challenges regarding finding the right medication and she was supportive and helpful in finding the best medication for me. She was also very understanding and supportive when I had some personal issues during the titration process.
The notes system used to communicate relies on clear written communication. Elisa was extremely patient and understanding when I was struggling to put a couple of complicated questions into writing.
