I absolutely recommend Elisa! She's been super helpful and understanding throughout the process. Tritration was a little tricky getting right, as I didn't tolerate things so well, but she was patient and always listened to how I felt. She always did her best to respond to notes and I felt cared for. The service overall with Psych UK has been incredible and I feel very lucky that I could use it via the NHS. Thank you so much Elisa!
