Elisa was great. She was very professional yet understanding, validating, and provided clear and detailed information and responses to my questions.
She was easy to contact and responded quickly. Elisa was also patient, even though I was bombaring her with my long-winded essays on average every week.
I didn't feel pressured or rushed, and she always made sure that I had all the information I needed in order to make the best and most fully informed decisions for myself.
She has worked in line with the NICE guidelines and made the whole titration process feel very person-led and patient-centred. You will be very lucky if you get Elisa as your titration lead.
