Adam listened well and was easy to talk to.
I found it interesting that Adam picked up on an issue that seems to have been missed before. As a result I have been referred for a test.
He also seemed to appreciate that if we catch things early, the potential treatment or surgery is less invasive for the patient and I presume costs less. That said, at this stage I am not sure what options are open to me in this regard.
