Adam is an excellent addition to the Riverbank team. He is very much appreciated by both patients and staff members. He has a strong work ethic and is both enthusiastic and committed to developing his breadth and depth of medical knowledge. Mr Willis is a complete professional. I came to him with a rather unusual complaint regarding my foot. He was honest and open and admitted that he hadn’t seen it before and therefore was going to get more advice. He didn’t try to ‘fob me off’ with what the could probably be. Mr Willis gave me the best advice he could regarding my position one the waiting list to see a specialist. I had total confidence in him as a healthcare professional.

Adam listened well and was easy to talk to. I found it interesting that Adam picked up on an issue that seems to have been missed before. As a result I have been referred for a test. He also seemed to appreciate that if we catch things early, the potential treatment or surgery is less invasive for the patient and I presume costs less. That said, at this stage I am not sure what options are open to me in this regard.

My daughter and I have seen Adam several times over the last couple of weeks and he has been attentive, thorough, timely and efficient. He communicated well with my daughters and was a good listener.

Adam listened to my problems and discussed what my problem may be, he then examined me. After he had done this he recommended I see a physiotherapist and booked on then and there. Very professional.
