Ravi really is a first rate optometrist. He is friendly and has a good sense of humour but above all he is very thorough. He went to great lengths to explain what he was doing and why. I felt that my eyes were safe in his care. He gave me good advice regarding the wearing and care of my contact lenses and answered all my questions. I thought he was brilliant.

Every one was helpful, respectful and polite. However, I would like to make one helpful suggestion. I had forgotten that once I take my glasses off I can't see very much. So when trying on frames I had no idea what I looked like when looking in the mirror. I asked if there was any facility to enable me to see what I looked like. I was told "only a magnifying mirror." I was most disappointed as previously I had been offered a web cam image. Fortunately, I suddenly thought to ask if the staff member would take photo of me wth my mobile phone. I would like to suggest that staff helping patients choose frames offer to take a photo with the patients mobile phone.
