Ian explained everything he was doing really clearly and nicely, I mentioned something I'd been experiencing and we discussed that fully and he gave good advice. We talked about contacts and I explained why they were of no interest to me. We talked quite a bit about the photos of the back of the eye and the whole test was conducted very efficiently and professionally by someone who instilled confidence and comfort. I felt very relaxed and at ease throughout the examination.
