In for routine eye test. Hamel obviously knows his stuff and explained things easily. Some new equipment since my last visit so did not take quite so long.

Thorough examination carried out by optometrist. Listened to my case. Careful steps taken to deal with my problem.
As far as providing spectacles is concerned, I shall need a complete reassessment as those provided were not suitable for my needs. Staff have promised to put this right.

Answered all of my questions, made sure for my next appointment they had better lenses in for me as my vision had gotten worse.. And I was only there for an eye check not lense appointment. great help thank you

Excellent service from begin to end (had a routine EYE TEST ) Found all the staff who dealt with me through my appointment very help full especially Ellen.

I found Mr Bhundia answered all my questions clearly and precisely and was able to give me reassurance on treatment that he felt I needed to rectify my vision
