This was my first visit to Safarian & Simon and all the staff made me feel really welcome which was a great start. The shop itself is well designed and fitted out in such a way that there is a natural sense of good quality and professionalism. The range of frames and styles was also really good and it was easy to select a short list and, with a bit of really helpful input, make a final choice that I'm extremely happy with.
Once the glasses were in production I received good updates and final fitting. Special thanks to David for chasing my order and keeping me informed. Overall, brilliant service and very good product. A sincere thanks - Anthony
