I originally booked on line, and was not contacted about an appointment in the promised 72-hours. I needed to call the central line on the day of my first choice possible appointment, to find out if my online request was received, which it was. I was given a firm appointment a week later on a different suitable date. Unfortunately I had to cancel the date due to a health problem, and was able to reschedule another appointment easily.
