Cannot recommend Boots Opticians enough. Excellent customer service from friendly, knowledgeable and very professional staff. Everyone has been fantastic. I have purchased glasses, sunglasses and am currently trialling contact lenses which I intend to sign up for too. I have therefore had a few appointments which have all gone very well. Excellent, quality service and products.

Staff were so attentive. Made you feel comfortable in being surrounded by different machines. Also let you know exactly what's going to happen and explained everything clearly. Very friendly staff. Amy was lovely and knew exactly what she was doing

The whole process from making the appointment to ordering the glasses was efficient friendly and professional. I was advised that the glasses would take around 2 weeks to arrive although they might arrive a little earlier. However, 2 1/2 weeks later, I have still not received my glasses. I telephoned to ask if they had arrived and was told they were expected to arrive later that day. The following day I telephoned to enquire if the glasses had arrived only to be advised by a recorded message that there was no one to take my call. Quite honestly, there is no excuse for an opticians being unable to take calls during normal working hours. At the time I ordered my glasses, I was told that I would have 3 months from the time I ordered the glasses to opt to purchase a second pair at half price if I wished. Subsequent correspondence indicates that the time left to order a second pair has been reduced by almost a month with no explanation given. All in all I am a bit disappointed at the follow up and I have not had the opportunity of trying out the spectacles.
