Everyone was friendly and helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying glasses at that moment in time and they advised it was an important decision buying glasses and to decide when I was ready.

There was a long wait to get my eyes measured for glasses, this was then said to be unnecessary. I would have appreciated a greater sense of urgency as the delay made me late for an appointment, which i had made them aware of. Other than that i was incredibly happy with the care and especially liked the in depth explanations made by the optician
