The optometrist was very thorough, informative and helpful when I asked questions as my family have a history of glaucoma and cataracts. I came away feeling content with the information she had given me. However I did struggle with the gentleman who did my previous observations before seeing the optometrist as he mumbled quite a lot.

Appointment seemed rushed. Some of the checks I usually have were not done. Waiting area dark and dingy. Not pleasant
