Very disappointed with boots. For the 2nd time running, i have booked in my eye test and contact lense check for the same day as a connecting appointment and on both occasions, boots have not booked enough time for them both meaning i have to come back a week later to have the next test. Not very helpful especially when theyre the ones who suggest the joint appointment in the first place!

Called to trial how to fit and remove contact lens. Both Steve the optometrist and Jed the assistant made me feel welcome and relaxed. Came away feeling confident about using contact lenses in future.

As it was my first eye test I was a little nervous but everyone was very clear and helpful at explaining what each process was and what they were looking for. I felt very comfortable and reassured about the whole thing! It was quick and easy and I feel like I had a thorough examination of my eyes. In the end I did not need any glasses or correction, although there are a few numbers written on my prescription form which I would have liked someone to explain to me as I don't understand what they mean.
