From the moment I arrived for my appointment everyone was great Natalie she was the first one I saw she was very welcoming and put me at ease. Then the optician I think they said his name was Gully gave my eyes a thorough examination and he explained each step of the way what was happening with my eyes. The information you gave me was very helpful. My visit ended with Charlotte who help me choose my glasses overall it was a very good experience will definitely be coming back to boots Meadowhall again. Thank you guys you were great.

Amazing service received as always , really friendly staff and optometrist did a thorough eye examination she was so lovely and answered any questions I had . I always recommend Boots Opticians to family & friends the service is 10/10 Also there are loads of frames to choose from and the staff leave you in peace to browse !

Charlotte was very friendly and explained all the processes as we went through them she has a kind disposition and comes across as passionate about her role in the department. The down side was the waiting area which is a very small corridor which is not wheel chair friendly due to the width of the corridor and is tight squeeze for young families with prams which I witnessed when waiting for my appointment, staff were having to squeeze past the pram as it seems to be busy corridor and main thoroughfare for the staff, this cannot be a safe environment.
