I was seen to straightaway, had my details checked, had the pre-eye check tests they always do. After that was over, I was only waiting a few minutes to see the optometrist. The lady I saw was very friendly and explained what she was doing at all times. Overall a pleasant experience, as much as an eye test can be.

I went to order the glasses as per earlier obtained prescription. I spoke with Natalie and Jon. I found them both very helpful and understanding. I am quite demanding and it is not easy to meet my expectations and I am pleased to say they both exceed them.
