Appointment times need to be stuck to. My appointment was at 9am yet did not go in until 9:15am despite being first appointment of the day. If a 9am appointment isn't possible it shouldn't be offered. This is he 2nd time with this issue with the same time slot

Everything excellent, very thorough sight test with moneeb. Natalie c assisted me afterwards discussing the different options I had.
