I went in to Boots to look for glasses for the first time in a very long time and had no idea what would suit my small head! Natalie C was the lady who helped me and she was amazing!
I felt like I had a friend with me and she gave me honest opinions, showed me what to look for when picking glasses and discussed all the options with me. She didn't push me to make a decision and she didn't hurry me at all - and I did take a while to pick!
I know that I will be going back to see her in future and would recommend her to anyone needing assistance with their glasses or contacts. My mum is even thinking of changing her contact lens supplier because of the wonderful service as well as the price.
Thank you Natalie for making what was a difficult shopping trip a pleasant experience!
