Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Katie B who carried out the test was so lovely and clearly explained the reasons behind the problems I was having, and how to resolve them. Very patient Sara helped me choose new frames. Finally, Jon quick, efficient, and again very friendly who sorted me out upon collection. Great choice of frames and lenses in store.
