I did book two appointments for my daughters and was told i would recieve a text message to confirm.
The text came to confirm appointment time like they said but when i arrive the text was for the second appointment which meant i missed the first one. When i asked if they could fit my daughter in still they replied no the appointment was missed.
I would have thought i should have recieved two messages for two appointments not just the one message.
