Probably the worse level of service I have received in years. Initial contact on site to make an appointment was good but the person did not advise that I needed to bring my glasses prescription as I was visiting for a contact lense appointment. I arrived at 3.05 for a 3.10 appointment. Kept waiting with no contact until 3.40 called in to see optician. Discussed that I didn't have my prescription with me, so we decided to go with a brand new eye test as my eye sight had changed so much in the last years. Optician then looked at his watch and said he didn't have time as it was so busy!!! So I'm kept waiting and then because they were so unorganised simply told to leave. No apology, no interest to be honest. Both myself and my husband have used Boots opticians in the past, never again!!!
