No fault of the staff, but one machine was not working and this test had to be conducted at the end of the session. It was unclear what frames were available to me under my works voucher scheme and the lovely young lady who was dealing with me did not know either. However she did go away and find out the information, but would have been more helpful to know this at the start. Now that I have had the weekend to reflect, I am aware that I was not offered a 2nd pair of glasses, and that this would have been something of benefit to me. Also, I was not offered any type of insurance, something that I have always had in the past, so have you stopped doing this now?
