Katie and the team were extremely pleasant, giving great service as soon as I walked into the opticians. I was made to feel welcome and was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Katie also went above and beyond what I'd expect, as she filled out a form I needed for a recent job application (which required an eye test). Thank you for a great experience and keep up the fantastic work!
