When I booked appointment staff member was very blunt with me, she didn’t listen to what I told her so she asked me silly questions. She also didn’t explain that my eye test was booked for a later time the same day I was told it was all booked for 18:25 but that wasn’t correct my eye test was booked for 7:45 which meant I would have have to wait around to see the optician.
When I turned up for my apt the lady was brilliant and explained that my contacts apt was at certain time but my eye test had been booked for later by said blunt staff memeber. I saw the contacts specialist straight away and then the staff member sorted it so I could see the optician straight away all 3 members of staff were brilliant. Really helpful and really chatty.
