there was a delay of about 20 minutes before being seen by the optometrist (the appointment was for my elderly mother) - the department was vert busy. However we were kept informed and updated on the waiting time on several occaisions. We did not mind the wait.
Mum had a very thorough examination and the findings were explained to us , we were not rushed and the staff were very kind and patient.
