The staff, whilst polite and attentive seemed very young.
The store conditions were awful, a narrow corridor to sit in( I was waiting half an hour but did get an apology)
As a Senior NHS professional it seemed cramped and difficult to manovere , I spent over £400 so expected a better envionment
