I got an appointment very quickly, all staff were really polite, informative and helpful, the optometrist, Lionel, was fantastic, very reassuring and made me feel at ease, he is a very professional, kind and helpful person. The whole team at Boots opticians were fantastic, superb customer service guys. thank you, Mark
