Started a contact lens trial today after a very thorough eyetest a week ago. My optician Katie Barnes put them in for me and checked there fit and the prescription explaning everything she was doing too. I was shown how to put the lenses in and take out and clean by Holly who was lovely and very patient with me while I got to grips with it all. I came away feeling very confident that I knew what to do with them later at home.
