The appointment was for a contact lens end of trial check, yet he didn't seem to know what lenses she had or why we were there. Very bizarre experience altogether. Rather than sign us up for lenses on a contract she has been put back on a trial which is odd. I booked the appointment before the 4 week trial was up as we are away from 7th April for 2 weeks. We are still waiting for the lenses to come in. I wouldn't recommend this chap for dealing with children as he kept telling her to eat oily fish but she doesn't like fish! All very odd which is a shame as the rest of the staff have been fantastic from the start.
