Every time my family and I visit we have cause for complaint. Long waiting times. I was promised a contact lens and after two weeks it hadn't arrived I rang up. Not been ordered. They tried to lie and say they were waiting for it, but eventually admitted it had not been ordered.
My daughter keeps getting letters to say she needs an eye test ,she's had one. My husband was told he needs a referral for a peripheral vision retest he's still waiting three months later. No doubt they've forgotten.
All they try to do is sell overpriced glasses. Just badly run and managed.
