My appointment ran smoothly.a lady called Natalie C assisted me first and too me for my health checks before my eye test, she was genuinely interested in how I had been since my last eye test. Natalie kept me informed of what was happening and how long it would be until I saw the optometrist. Although my prescription hadn't changed I feel confident that I would be well looked after if I needed to purchase a pair of glasses. My only downfall with the store was that the seats were pretty close to the frames.
