I brought an elderly friend to an apointment this week. My family and I have always used this branch and been satisfied. The layout is different now and there is no cleaar waiting are, just chairs at consulting tables which feels as if you are taking up space which is for people choosing or recieving glasses.the staff were polite, though a little patronising of my elderly friend. The overarching concern was one of being rushed. There were a lot of young staff, rushing up and down a narrow corrider, and sweeping people in and out of rooms and onto varous equipment. The experience was an ordeal for my friend and I know she will now not be in a hurry to repeat it in a year's time.
