I was apprehensive about varifocals as I'd tried them before and didn't get on well with them. However, Jodie explained everything to me in a clear way and I had no hesitation in going ahead and ordering them. I am now looking forward to getting my spectacles and having a better experience knowing that Boots will always be there to give assistance should I need it. I was put totally at ease and was extremely impressed by the depth of Jodie's knowledge and expertise.
