my initial appointment was good. I liked using all the different testing machines as i had not done that before. Everything was very clean and staff was Friendly. I had 2 issues. 1) when i came to collect my glasses my appointment was at 1150 am. I was in the queue at that time and stood there for about 5 minutes with one woman ahead of me. Then i got told to take a seat and was left with my infant son (who was ok at first but started to get irritated) until 12:17 pm when someone finally brought my glasses... over 25 minutes to be seen was not good, esp. with baby in tow. I felt like id been forgotten - no body spoke to me. 2) I then went to the main till to make other purchases and was then given a coupon for free eye test... this rubbed me the wrong way as i had paid for my test 7 days earlier. I feel like as a boots card holder eye tests should be free if you buy glasses in store. Tescos brand name glasses are cheaper and the test is free.
