Brilliant appointment, I was seen by a lady called annabel firstly who did my prechecks. She explained everything to me and made sure the machines were at the correct height. I was kept informed what was happening time wise by the lady who looked like she was managing the whole operation. I appreciated this as I didn't feel like I was just left to wait on the Coridoor. I was then seen by a great optometrist. 10/10 boots.
