I wish to compliment Mrs. Natalie Hampson-Dutton (3426), an Optical Consultant at Boots Opticians, Meadowhall, Sheffield branch, on the way she performed her duties in a most charming way, making me feel relaxed, (although the shop was extremely busy) on both of my Saturday appointments, 4th and 18th of March, giving me the opportunity to find the perfect pair of delightful glasses. I must comment she was a perfectionist in all aspects of measuring, fitting and adjusting my new frames and I do hope her pleasing nature will be recognised. Thank you for your kind attention.
