I had a great experience, right off the bat. Mariam, the optometrist made me feel at ease and explained, step by step, what she was doing.
After this, Kerry, helped and guided me to choose a pair of glasses. She explained the options and took into account my preferences.
After just over a week, the glasses arrived. I got a call to come and pick them up and they were perfect.
