last year we pointed out the chairs were dirty and i emailed boots and told the manager at the time.
Today the chairs seem worse than before. the manager explained it was ground in and would not come off so i got a wipe and disproved that theory. the assistant manager then proceeded to wipe three chairs and used many wipes all getting more and more dirt off. but it did not remove all as the wipes were disinfectant and not a cleaning clothe with soap!
since there is no improvement from last year i shall find another optician that has higher standards in hygiene.
