the staff were friendly and helpful when looking for new frames. However, on going for my fitting appointment I found that the prescription when incorrect; I couldn't se at all theough one pair of gkasses and the ither two were poor. I've had to leave the glasses at Boots and now have to wait another week for an appointment to have a partial retest. Nor impressed at all. Boots Opticians have now had the full payment for my glasses for a month and I still have another week to wait for a retest and then yet more weeks whilst new glasses are made. And no letter through the post saying that my gkasses are ready anyway. Would NOT recommeend af this point.
