The name of my optometrist was Charlotte and she was professional, clear and very thorough, Maria completed the tests before my appointment with Charlotte and she did them efficiently and smoothly, Kerry assisted with the choice of glasses and the fitting. Kerry made sure my glasses were the right fit and explained clearly about the different type of lenses.
All three members of staff were polite and approachable. Where there was some waiting I was told how long and the reason why. I am very pleased with my new glasses and feel the whole experience was painless, quick and efficient.
