My appointment for my eye test was @Boots queens gate which went fine as I would expect, however after my consultation I looked around for new frames and was completely ignored. I then went to Boots Long Causeway where I was treated with courtesy and respect by Josh who helped me choose my new frames and gave me his full attention until I was satisfied, the sort of customer service that should be normal.
