I booked my eye test less than 3 hours in advance. Although I was kept waiting more than 20 mins after my appointment time, Adam was very apologetic and took lots of time with me. Great experience and will always return to Boots for my eye test. Adam gave me my prescription without any pressure to buy glasses at the time which was refreshing which makes me more inclined to take my time choosing my glasses from Boots. Thank you for a great experience.

Really great, very clear service, from the Optometrist especially. The only issue is the confusion between booking for the 'outdoor' opticians and the 'upstairs' opticians inside Queensgate. They are both listed as being on Long Causeway without a clear indication of which is which.
