First of all, I went to my usual Boots for the eye test to be told I was in the wrong place ( both Boots are in Long Causeway). I was unaware that you had bought up the other opticians ( Dolland and Aichison, I think)- I think you ought to point out that there are two Boots just around the corner from each other. I am disabled and also have angina so by the time I reached the other Boots I was breathless. I have NEVER been so long with an eye test - it was almost TWO hours long - I hour 50 minutes. Surely, you would consider this to be too long for an eye appointment?
Altogether, I wasn't very happy with the experience.
