I have seen Niti the Optometrist on several occasions now and I wouldn't see anybody else now. She is first class. She explains everything clearly so you can understand what she is doing and why. When Niti completed my eye test I was introduced to Harjit. It was the first time I have seen her and she helped me choose my glasses and sun glasses. When she was fitting the glasses she asked Pat to double check the measurements. I have worked for a major retailer for 41 years until I retired so I do know what good customer service is all about.I was given outstanding service yesterday so I wait now for my glasses, confident they will be fine.
