The eye test experience was fantastic however the voucher i had was to offer free eye test if i bought the glasses from Boots. After my consultation the attendant insisted that my recommendation did not meet the requirement for my voucher.
Because the glasses i need are only reading strength she stated it was only valid if i purchased glasses starting from the £35 range.
I will willingly pay for my eye test but to refuse to accept the voucher just because my prescription is only for reading glasses which i was willing to buy which would have cost me £25 and then refused that!It only states that it is valid if i purchase a pair of glasses it does not state that the glasses have got to be reading or higher prescription!
I think that is wrong and deceptive. If its not covered it should be specified.
Not ever coming back! I can get eye test cheaper without being lulled in to buying a more expensive pair of glasses than i need
