The on line booking facility is useful, although it could be improved by allowing selection of location up front with a display of available slots (rather than keying in different dates to find availability). The optometrist, Adam Patel is excellent and has tested my eyes on previous occasions. He is very friendly and receptive to my requirements, providing full explanation. I have full trust in his ability and he made my visit a pleasure.
There was no delay in appointment time and the initial pre-test checks were carried out swiftly and competently.
Overall an exceptional experience.
